How we grade
We usually grade downward!
Meaning you’ll typically receive the described quality or better, never worse.
Judgments may shift between employees, and minor defects could slip detection. If that happens, feel free to contact us for store credit or a return and refund!
Disc Only

- Only the disc is included.
- No box and no manual.
- Discs are placed in protective sleeves and shipped in secure packaging.

- Newer games often don’t come with any inserts. The completeness value is based on how the game was originally sold.
- Sometimes copies we receive have non-original replacement boxes for games, or printer paper insert art. We ALWAYS try to remove printer paper box art from circulation; however, we will still use replacement boxes for disc and post-DS based carts if it’s the only option. Typically, if we suss this out in a “Complete,” we will downgrade it to a “Game & Box” and someone gets a lucky manual!
