Returns

The clock for return windows begin on the date of delivery!

I changed my mind!

No Worries! You will have 14-days to send the item back! However; we ask that you pay return shipping and the items match their sold for criteria. This means everything is included in the condition it was sold for. 

This is the wrong item!

Omigosh! You will have 30-days to send the item back! We will cover all costs of return shipping, and give the option of a replacement + gift (when available) or full refund.

I disagree with quality rating!

Understandable! Although we try our best, we understand a quality rating is somewhat  subjective, no matter how hard we define it. We offer multiple paths within a 14-day window, one being store credit to cover the difference, another being a return. In the case of a return we ask that you pay return shipping and the items aren't blatantly tampered with.

Quality Disputes

Quality/ Completeness Dispute - Store Credit

Delving Deeper! If you would like to receive store credit compensation, you must start a dispute within 14-days of delivery. They can be over completeness (missing manuals, box, etc.) or quality (fair, good, excellent, new). You may opt to keep the item and receive store credit to cover the difference in item price.

Quality/ Completeness Dispute - Partial Refund.

Another option! You may also choose to return the items within 30-days and receive a refund covering only the cost of the product in it's original grade (not the new downgrade). Original shipping is not included in the refund. You will be asked to pay the return shipping in this scenario.

Refunds

Once we have received the items and inspected them we will reach out to you regarding our decision. If approved, automatically be issued a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days! Expected time can vary depending on banks/ card companies. If more than 15 days pass feel free to contact us through either contact@rightprice.games or the Discord (fastest)!
