Shipping policy

SECTION 1 - Shipping Territories
Right Price Games currently ships within the United States excluding only the following destinations:

  • American Samoa
  • Federated States of Micronesia
  • Guam
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • U.S. Virgin Islands

Availability is ultimately determined by Shopify and the address entered at checkout.

SECTION 2 - Processing Time
Packages will be packed and sent within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) excluding federal holidays. Unusually large orders may require more time. Orders placed after 6pm Eastern Time may begin processing the next business day. Expected delivery time, labeled "3-7 business days," begins after processing.

SECTION 3 - Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are flat rate and pre-determined based on expected shipping costs associated with weight and size. Splitting one order into multiple shipments will not create additional charges for the customer.

SECTION 4 - Carriers and Delivery Estimates
USPS is our primary carrier and will be used for a majority of orders. Displayed delivery dates are estimates and never guaranteed. The carrier may experience weather delays or other events, in this situation please contact us at joe@rightprice.games or through our Discord.

SECTION 5 - Tracking
Tracking will be provided upon creation of shipping labels. Tracking may take time to update, show progress, or say "shipped." USPS doesn't guarantee an address can be changed once shipment starts. You may track your package on USPS's website or through the Shop app. If an order cannot be fulfilled within the promised processing period we will notify the customer and offer the delay or cancellation/refund options.

SECTION 6 - Address Accuracy
Customers should verify that the address given is correct before ordering. That it includes apartment numbers, gate codes, or any other information detrimental to delivery. In case of a address mistake, make sure to contact us as soon as possible through email (contact@rightprice.games) or Discord. This does not guarantee an address can be changed once fulfillment starts. If a shipment is returned due to incomplete address, a redelivery fee will be required.

SECTION 7 - Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a package is lost or damaged contact us immediately through email (contact@rightprice.games) or Discord. Be ready with your name, address, order number, and photographs of damaged products if applicable. Replacement when available or a refund are both offered solutions after resolving the situation.

SECTION 8 - Local Deliveries
Local deliveries are fulfilled only to eligible addresses within our delivery radius. The exact delivery charge is shown at checkout. Delivery details will be decided upon contact including: schedule, person present, driver, and any necessary details. Delivery photographs will be taken and precautions will be taken to ensure the items stay undamaged.
